Basil olive oil cake

Some of my finest work during my time at Lodgepole! I began with infusing my olive oil with basil over the course of a few days & used it to create both the cake & the lime curd. There is a local blueberry producer in the Palouse during the summer that harvests the most exquisite blueberries I have ever had.
